The Huskies cruised to a 52-point blowout win over Houston on Saturday, remaining perfect in AAC play.
After the game, head coach Geno Auriemma discussed how the team's passing has been so important to the last two wins.
"That's always a point," Auriemma explained. "You work really, really hard to instill that in kids that the better passer you are, the better team we have, and these last two games we've really passed the ball well, we've made the extra pass and we have been incredibly unselfish the last two games, and the score reflects that."
Meanwhile, freshman guard Anna Makurat scored 16 points, her fourth straight game with 16 points or more.
"I think my team really needs me to play like that," said Makurat. "Don't be scared anymore and just make plays on the court."
