GM Bill Eppler on the acquisition of Daniel Vogelbach, Jacob deGrom and Trevor May rehab | Mets Pre Game

Mets General Manager Billy Eppler felt the Mets needed another "presence in the order" and swung a deal to acquire lefty-hitting Daniel Vogelbach from Pittsburgh for reliever Colin Holderman. Eppler felt the eventual return of Trevor May will ease the loss of Holderman. He also explained the organization's decision to give Jacob deGrom one more rehab start before rejoining the team.
