Former Yankees OF and DH, Oscar Gamble, has died at age 68, according to his agent Andrew Levy. The cause of death is yet to be known.
Gamble, who was known for his Afro hairstyle, played seven seasons with the Yankees. He posted a .259/.361/.496 slash line with 87 homers and 276 RBI from 1979-1984.
He also played for the Cubs, Phillies, Indians, Padres, and White sox over his 17-year career.
