Yankees sluggers Aaron Judge and Giancarlo Stanton are two of baseball's best power hitters, so it should be no surprise to see both of their names as some of the favorites to hit the most home runs during the 2020 season.
According to BetOnline.ag, Judge is tied for the second-best betting odds to take home the home run crown.
Here are the odds for who will hit the most regular season home runs in 2020...
Joey Gallo, Texas Rangers: +900
Aaron Judge, New York Yankees: +1000
Pete Alonso, New York Mets: +1000
Mike Trout, Los Angeles Angels: +1100
Ronald Acuna Jr., Atlanta Braves: +1200
Cody Bellinger, Los Angeles Dodgers: +1400
Giancarlo Stanton, New York Yankees: +1400
Yordan Alvarez, Houston Astros: +1400
Christian Yelich, Milwaukee Brewers: +1600
During the 2019 season, Judge hit just 27 home runs over 102 games -- the same amount he hit back in 2018 when he played 112 games. However, the star outfielder hit 52 home runs during his rookie season in 2017 over 155 games, and if he stays healthy, that number is reachable for him in 2020.
Stanton played only 18 games for the Yankees in 2019 while dealing with injuries, as he hit just three homers. During his first season with the Yanks in 2018, he hit 38 home runs in 158 games. Stanton hit a career-high 59 home runs during the 2017 season as a member of the Miami Marlins.
Further down on the list is Yankees infielder Gleyber Torres (+2000 odds), who hit 38 home runs in 144 games during the 2019 season.
