Yankees LHP prospect Justus Sheffield left an Arizona Fall League game on Saturday after a line drive hit him in the left leg.
Sheffield, who started the game for Scottsdale, threw warmup pitches but was ultimately pulled in the second inning. He allowed two runs, walked one, and stuck out one in 1.1 innings before departing.

The Yankees traded for Sheffield in 2016 when they shipped Andew Miller to the Cleveland Indians.
Sheffield went 7-6 with a 3.18 ERA in 17 starts this sseason for Double-A Trenton.
