Yankees OF Aaron Judge took batting practice and threw to home plate and third base from right field on Tuesday ahead of the team's game against the Twins at Target Field, per Bryan Hoch of MLB.com.
Judge's BP session marked the second time in as many days that he hit on the field.
The 26-year-old Judge, who has been sidelined since July with a fractured wrist, is expected to take batting practice at Yankee Stadium toward the end of the week, according to manager Aaron Boone.
Judge recently admitted that he still has some pain in his wrist, but that it has improved.
"I'm confident how it's feeling right now,'' Judge said, according to the North Jersey Record's Pete Caldera. "I was confident from when it first happened. ... I'm just excited to get closer, I'm one step closer every day."
Judge is hitting .285/.398/.548 with 26 homers, 20 doubles, 61 RBI, and 137 strikeouts in 99 games this season.
