The Yankees will open their 2017 season with a six-game road trip, starting in Tampa Bay against the Rays on Sunday, April 2, MLB announced Wednesday.
The time of the first game, which will take place on the first Sunday of the baseball season, has not yet been determined.
After their opening trip, the team will head to Yankee Stadium on Monday, April 10 to take on the Rays in the home opener.
For interleague play this season, the Yankees will play the NL Central, including three games at Wrigley Field from May 5-7. The Cardinals will visit Yankee Stadium from April 14-16.
As for the Subway Series, the Yankees will host the Mets on Aug. 14-15 and then go to Citi Field for two games the following two days.
