The Yankees have tendered contracts to all eligible players on their 40-man roster, the team announced Friday.
Catcher Austin Romine, RHP Dellin Betances, LHP Sonny Gray, shortstop Didi Gregorius, outfielder Aaron Hicks, RHP Tommy Kahnle, LHP Chasen Shreve and RHP Adam Warren were among the eligible players.
Had any of the players been non-tendered, they would have become free agents.
Romine, 29, hit .218/.272/.293 with two home runs and 21 RBIs in 80 games last season.
Betances, 29, had 100 strikeouts in 59 2/3 innings and a 2.87 ERA in 66 games last season. Though he made the All-Star Game for the fourth consecutive season, he was removed from the setup role after totaling a 5.91 ERA over his last 13 appearances.
Gray, 28, went 10-12 with a 3.55 ERA with the Yankees and Athletics last season and is under team control until 2019.
Gregorius, 27, is coming off his most productive MLB season, hitting .287 with 25 home runs and 87 RBIs, which were all career highs.
Hicks, 28, hit .266 with 15 home runs and 52 RBIs in 88 games last year.
Kahnle, 28, who joined the Yankees in a midseason trade with the White Sox, went 2-4 with a 2.59 ERA and 96 strikeouts in 62 2/3 innings across 69 relief appearances in 2017.
Shreve, 27, went 4-1 with a 3.77 ERA and 1.32 WHIP in 44 relief appearances, while warren Warren, 30, went 3-2 with a 2.35 ERA in 46 relief appearances last season.
