Three things to know about Monday's game
1. Sonny Gray struck out two batters and allowed two hits in two scoreless innings. He threw all 12 pitches for strikes. "Yes, [spring training's] about getting ready, but at the same time when you're out there, you want to get guys out," Gray said, according to Newsday's Erik Boland.
2. Chance Adams gave up one run, one hit and two walks in one inning, throwing just four of 14 pitches for strikes.
3. Designated hitter Giancarlo Stanton went 0-for-3 with three strikeouts.
