Dwayne Haskins was flawless at the podium on Friday during a 15-minute press conference at the NFL scouting combine, but Saturday was far from perfect.
The Ohio State quarterback, who is a target for the Giants with the No. 6 pick in the NFL draft, did not have a good showing on the 40-yard dash but made up for him by displaying his big arm when it came time to throw.
Haskins clocked in a 5.04 and 5.06 seconds on his two 40-yard runs -- the slowest time of all quarterbacks who ran on Saturday.
Per NFL Network's Ian Rapoport, Haskins was battling leg cramps throughout the day and plans to run again at his Pro Day, where he expects to be closer to 4.8 seconds.
Tom Brady and Nick Foles are some of the more notable quarterbacks to run even slower 40 times, but mobility has become more important in recent years with quarterbacks.
Haskins recovered as the day went on, though, and had a much better performance in the throwing portion of the combine.

The 21-year-old showed accuracy and displayed his arm strength, with perhaps his best throws coming on two deep balls about 45 yards downfield, hitting his receiver right on the hands each time and tossing it with relative ease.
Haskins will get one more chance to impress coaches and scouts on the field with a Pro Day before the NFL Draft takes place on April 25.
