Mets legend David Wright was a special guest of the latest edition of The Cookie Club presented by Insomnia Cookies, joining Dominic Smith, J.D. Davis, and host Steve Gelbs.
The quartet discussed a number of different topics, including the ESPN documentary on Michael Jordan and the Bulls, The Last Dance. Specifically, they went into the antics of Dennis Rodman, who took a vacation to Las Vegas during the middle of the 1997-98 season.
Does Wright think that Smith could have a little bit of Rodman in him?
"Dom's going to come to spring training with his hair painted green with like the Mets symbol on top," Wright joked. "… If they need somebody to go get Dom from Vegas, I'm the guy."
