At this year's annual Queens Baseball Convention, SNY's Sal Licata catches up with former Mets closer and Hall of Fame candidate Billy Wagner, who is hoping this is finally the year he makes it into the Hall but feels his window of opportunity is closing. He discusses his successful tenure with the Mets, calling New York "a different beast and you have to be able to perform at a high level." Wagner had high praise for the team's current closer Edwin Diaz saying, "he's phenomenal, one of the best I've ever seen do it."
